A Home’s Life Well Lived. In 1999, Kyle Hunt & Partners collaborated with Sharratt Design Company (SDC) to design and build a custom lakeside home. The client couple would happily spend the next three decades there raising their children and entertaining family and friends. When the time came to move into the next chapter of their lives, they worked with KH&P as they prepared to sell their home, engaging Kyle Hunt as their Realtor^®. Following a successful sale, the new owners worked with KH&P in renovating the home to accommodate their vision and family’s active lifestyle.

A Renewed Partnership. KH&P again partnered with SDC for the project, which included both an interior renovation and an addition. Our team worked closely with the new owners and architect in the process of refining the design details and selections for the new home. The project was substantial, and the results were everything the new homeowners imagined—fresh, bright spaces with natural elements and a welcoming, comfortable feel. Updates included:

• A main-floor family room with a beautiful stone hearth focal point
• An extended upper level with a new primary bedroom suite
• A more open, updated, and welcoming foyer
• A lower-level recreation space with walk-out lake access
